Enjoy oceanfront dining in a fast-paced environment with big tips! Join Catch 31, a top-tier seafood restaurant inside the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. With live music, indoor/outdoor seating, and a steady flow of resort guests and beachgoers, we’re hiring Server Assistants (Bussers) to support our busy service team this season.

Position Details

Type: Part-Time / Seasonal – Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role Responsibilities

• Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently.
• Refill water and support basic guest needs between server visits.
• Assist servers with running food, restocking silverware, and keeping the dining room organized.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all service areas (inside and patio).
• Communicate with hosts and servers to keep guest flow moving smoothly.
• Ensure all used service ware is removed and properly sorted for dishwashing.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, or side work tasks as needed.
