Job summary

L’Auberge Del Mar, a luxury resort in Del Mar, CA, seeks a Food & Beverage Server Assistant/Busser. You will meet guests from around the world and support servers to ensure memorable dining experiences while contributing to a high-end hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate refined communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and the willingness to stand for long periods. Heavy lifting and a valid Food Handlers Card are required.

The Job

As a Food & Beverage Server Assistant/Busser you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Bussers provide assistance to the servers to ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful dining experiences. The F&B Busser is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Food & Beverage Busser requires skills such as reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to take care of others.
