Position: Server Assistant / Beverage Attendant

Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast.

Full time, Part Time and Seasonal positions available. On the job training provided.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
2. Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
3. Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross contamination.
4. Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
5. Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
6. Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
7. Remove any dinner ware and get to appropriate location in the kitchen.
8. Beverage attendant position may require cross training of serving duties.

Qualification Requirements:

1. At least 18 years of age.
2. Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
3. Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

1. Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
2. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
3. Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food and used dishes.
4. Frequent pushing and pulling of racks rather full or empty.
