About Us:

Bar Bludorn is Chef Aaron Bludorn's neighborhood tavern in the Memorial Village. After working for French chef Daniel Boulud in NYC, Aaron was drawn to Houston by its welcoming culinary community, especially his wife Victoria's hometown.

This is the third restaurant for Chef Aaron, Victoria, and Cherif Mbodji in Houston. Their first is Bludorn at 807 Taft Street, and the second is Navy Blue in Rice Village.
