Job Description:
As a Server Assistant, you will support our servers to ensure smooth service and maintain the high standards that define the guest experience at Ironwood. You’ll be responsible for assisting in table maintenance, clearing and resetting tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring that the dining area remains clean and welcoming. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with table setup, service, and clean-up.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Refill water, beverages, and bread as needed.
• Deliver additional items requested by guests promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service stations.
• Assist with food running and ensuring that orders reach the correct tables.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Provide attentive service to guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
