Red Lobster in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will welcome guests, help manage the waitlist and seating, and support dining room service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

We value a friendly, team-oriented attitude and the ability to multitask while maintaining safety and cleanliness. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits options as part of our compensation package.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
