Red Lobster in Cartersville, GA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to join our dining team. You’ll welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support servers by refilling drinks and delivering food.

We emphasize hospitality, teamwork, and organization during busy shifts. Training is provided, with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and benefits available after eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
