Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a part-time Server Assistant to join our team at Courtyard at Kennedy in Titusville, Florida. As a Server Assistant, you will demonstrate excellent time management skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing needs within the dining room.

Hourly wage can average $16.00/hr (base pay of $14.00 + tips), with top performers earning more.

What will you do?

• Check-in with management for daily assignments and attend pre-shift briefings.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area.
• Remove used dishes, silverware, and glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests leave.
• Reset tables according to floor plan or management instructions.
• Assist with counting china, glassware, silverware, and linen; run food; and respond to guest requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You must be 21 years or older to apply.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment is preferred.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move large food trays weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may include stairs.
• Ability to navigate between tables and around corners.
• Ability to work outdoors in various environmental conditions.
