Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly welcome guests, manage seating and waitlists, and support dining room service to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will help maintain a clean, stocked dining room and assist the team to deliver exceptional hospitality across shifts.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, refilling drinks, and anticipating guest needs while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Stand for entire shift and move about the restaurant.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Clearing and resetting tables, keeping the dining room clean, and communicating readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming.
