Job summary

Red Lobster in Mason, OH is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and support dining room service to ensure a seamless guest experience. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail.

You will help maintain a clean dining room, remind guests of menu items, and coordinate with servers to deliver food and beverages. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a benefits package; growth opportunities are available

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum age to work and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Stand for an entire shift and move about the restaurant.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and creating a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining area
• Working as one team, always putting guests and team members first
