The Italiano - Scottsdale is seeking a Server Assistant to support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will help prepare dining areas, assist servers, and ensure food and beverages reach guests quickly and accurately while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in a high-volume restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to multitask.

Formación

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare dining areas before service, including setting tables, silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers in providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Deliver food and requested items to guests quickly and accurately.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout service.
• Clean, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for incoming guests.
• Act as a communication link between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and communicate requests to servers.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Support the team wherever needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
