OAK ROGERS...

THE ROLE...
Server Assistants are the support staff who ensure smooth service and are attentive to guest needs. Your responsibilities include ensuring guests have water, assisting servers when needed, greeting guests, responding to requests, and maintaining cleanliness in the service areas.

What we will ask of you

• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment and maintain clean service areas throughout shift
• Greet guests as they are seated and respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate to server as needed
• Between seatings, take soiled tableware to dish room, sort to designated areas, clean, and reset tabletops

Requirements for Success

• Have positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff, and work as a team player
• Be 18 years of age or older and have at least one year of restaurant or relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
• A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
