Job summary

Levy Restaurants is hiring a Server Assistant for Paddlefish in Orlando, FL. You will support servers, help prep dining room, deliver orders, and maintain service standards in a high-end setting. Ideal candidates lift up to 25 lbs, stand or walk for long periods, and follow HACCP standards.

This role offers tips on top of the $11.98 hourly pay, with benefits and opportunities through Compass Group USA. Prior guest-service experience is preferred; uniforms are provided; Florida Level 2 background

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to:
• The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
