Job Responsibilities:

1. Report to work as scheduled, maintain correct uniform, and practice good personal hygiene and cleanliness during all shifts.
2. Obtain station assignments at the beginning of each shift and perform opening and closing duties as directed by the Manager on Duty.
3. Assist team members to enhance guest experience and communicate guest issues to management.
4. Set up and restock service stations before, during, and after service, including glassware, ice, and bar items.
5. Serve water, bread, butter, and refreshments promptly upon guest seating and throughout the meal.
6. Clear dishes, silverware, glassware, and linens after use, and restock for the next course.
7. Return dirty dishware and utensils to the dishwashing area, sorting according to the established system.
8. Reset tables according to training procedures.
9. Communicate guest requests and needs to the service staff.
10. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
