Job summary

Momofuku seeks a Server Assistant to support our service team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in New York City. You will assist with water service, table maintenance, and timely table resets while maintaining menu knowledge and allergen information.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of experience in a busy restaurant, strong communication, and a positive, adaptable attitude. You will work on the floor with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support service team with table and floor maintenance, water service, clearing and resetting tables with proper tableware.
• Maintain full menu knowledge for food and beverage items, including allergen information.
• Assist in order delivery from kitchen to tables and prep accoutrements for dishes.
• Engage with guests and uphold Momofuku service standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service.
