Job summary

Maxime’s, a private member’s club on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, seeks a talented Server Assistant to join its world-class hospitality brigade. Reporting to the Zodiac Lounge and Bar Manager, you will work closely with the Servers and front-of-house teammates to create a welcoming atmosphere and elevate member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a Server Assistant within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• To actively assist the Servers in the food and beverage service.
• Thrives in high-end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.

Maxime’s is a private member’s club by entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented Server Assistant to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Zodiac Lounge and Bar Manager, the Server Assistant will work closely with the Servers and other front-of-house team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction, elevating Maxime’s brand and service standards at all times.
