Job summary

Dream Nashville in Nashville, TN seeks a Food Runner to support the restaurant operations under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Director. You will buss tables, deliver food and drinks to guests with professionalism, and assist servers to ensure a superior guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining side-work, safety and cleanliness, clearing and resetting tables, and handling cash according to policy. Previous hotel/foodservice exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
• When complete, retrieve order from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, and deliver to guests along with appropriate condiments
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy
• Clear tables
• Maintains current knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, and services, events in the area, points of interest, and services in the area
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications
