Role and Responsibilities

As a Server Assistant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional hospitality to our Guests
• Prepare and reset tables to ensure a welcoming environment
• Assist Servers with food delivery
• Ensure 100% Guest satisfaction by focusing on service quality and relaying messages to Servers as needed
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
• Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to safeguard our Guests and business
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding service
