Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking a restaurant food runner to support F&B operations. You will buss and reset tables, deliver meals and beverages, and assist servers to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in a restaurant food runner role and may have hotel experience. Knowledge of service standards and guest relations will help you thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a restaurant/food runner role.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Buss tables and maintain total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Deliver food and drinks to guests in a professional manner and provide exceptional service.
• Assist server and ensure prompt, excellent service to guests.
• Retrieve orders from kitchen, confirm accuracy, and deliver to guests with condiments.
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with the property's cash handling policy.
• Clear and reset tables; maintain knowledge of hotel culture, amenities, services, events in the area.
