7OH2 Hospitality is seeking a professional, skilled, and guest service-oriented Server Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality group. The basic job function of our Server Assistants will be to assist their assigned servers in delivering a positive and memorable experience to our guests.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a high-volume & fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local & state laws.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (TIPS).
• Food Handler Certificate (Servsafe).
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance according to 7OH2 policy.
• Availability to work weekends & select holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, & safety.
• Patience.
• Positive attitude!!

Qualifications And Responsibilities (but Not Limited)

• Attend all required meetings & trainings.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance & grooming, including proper uniform.
• Follow food safety & sanitary guidelines issued by the Health Department.
• Complete assigned side work within the allocated timeframe.
• Know all floorplans, table numbers, and stations.
• Know & verbiage of our Brands.
• Anticipate guests’ needs before they ask.
• Table maintenance (clearing, setting, marking for courses).
• Water & Coffee Service.
• Running food when needed.
• Bringing dishes and glassware to the dish pit via tray, bus tub, or hand.
• Polishing silverware and glassware.
• Take ownership of all work performed and communicated.
• Complete tasks on time or notify the appropriate person with an alternative plan.

Oral / Written Communication

• Practice attentive and active listening with team members.

Physical Demands

• Stand more than 80% of the time.
• Walk more than 50% of the time.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Push / pull up to 30 pounds.
