Job summary

Old City Prime in Lima, OH is seeking a proactive Server Assistant to support a team of hospitality professionals in delivering exceptional food, beverage, and service in our modern day classic American steakhouse.

You will help servers with running food, bussing, stocking service stations, and keeping the dining room clean, while collaborating with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth, high‑quality service for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist servers with multiple tasks such as running food, bussing tables, taking drink orders and ensure table set ups are correct
• Ensure necessary service items are stocked such as ice banks, bar fruit, and service stations
• Polish silverware pre-shift and post-shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
• Collaborate with servers, bar and kitchen staff to effectively and efficiently provide quality customer service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
