Red Lobster in Jackson, TN is seeking a Server Assistant to warmly greet guests, manage the waitlist and seating, and support dining room service to ensure a seamless guest experience.

You will help keep tables stocked, refill drinks, pre-bus tables, and deliver food while maintaining a clean dining room and upholding safety standards. The role emphasizes teamwork and guest satisfaction, with growth opportunities.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
