Job summary

Red Lobster in Hermitage, PA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support dining room service, welcome guests, and help maintain a clean and inviting dining area. You will assist with seating, refilling drinks, and delivering food to ensure a smooth guest experience.

In this role you will manage waitlists, buss and reset tables, and collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional hospitality. Weekly pay and benefits are offered, with opportunities for growth within our restaurant family.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
