Main Event Entertainment in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server and ensure guests have an amazing experience. Your duties include refilling, pre-bussing, turning tables, and keeping dining areas clean while greeting guests and taking drink orders.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety and sanitation, deliver food and drinks promptly, and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Opening, mid-day, or closing duties may be required.

Formación

• Food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
