As a Server Assistant, you'll support the serving staff to ensure daily efficiency within the restaurant. Clear and open communication with the Front of House team, including management, is essential to uphold the standards set by the leadership team.

1. Collaborate with Culinary staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests' tables.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
3. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
4. Maintain robust knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu and stay updated on any changes.
5. Refill water glasses as needed during service.
6. Explain food orders accurately to chefs, paying attention to allergies and special requests.
7. Comply with all food service regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
8. Assist in setting tables with appropriate plateware, utensils, glassware, decorations, and napkins.
9. Support serving staff by bussing tables and refilling beverages as needed.
10. Work efficiently to enhance the overall dining experience.
11. Clear plates, glassware, and silverware throughout service.
12. Follow food safety protocols and hygiene standards.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Rate: $15.50/hr + tips
