River Crest Country Club in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking Server Assistants / Food Runners to support dining room service and assist servers. The starting pay rate is $15 per hour based on verifiable experience, with career growth opportunities in a historic yet modern club environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• TABC certification required if 18 years old within 30 days.
• CPR and first-aid certification provided by employer.

Responsibilities

• Serve water as guests are seated and throughout service.
• Assist in carrying food trays to tables.
• Assist Expeditor in plating and garnishing food.
• Provide items with sauces, dressings and condiments.
• Keep Expeditor area stocked with supplies.
• Assist Chef and Sous Chef as needed.
• Set and reset dining tables with silverware and glassware.
• Clean dining room areas and wipe down surfaces.
• Stock servers’ stations with supplies.
• Collect trash and tidy dining areas after service.
• Assist other departments during events as needed.
