Red Lobster in East Point, GA is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support dining room service. You will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing, and delivering food.

Qualifications

• Minimum age to work in the United States.

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first.

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
