Red Lobster is seeking a Server Assistant in the United States. You will welcome guests, manage waitlists and seating, and provide seamless hospitality to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Position requires ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and work well in a team-focused environment. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within a family-friendly restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and create a great first impression
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
