Red Lobster in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and support dining room service with a focus on hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and creating a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as one team, always putting guests and fellow team members first.
