Responsibilities

• As a Restaurant Server Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room and service areas while assisting Restaurant Servers.
• Familiarize and be knowledgeable of table and seat numbers in the restaurant.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests as needed.
• Clear, clean and reset tables for dining, i.e. wipe table tops and chairs with damp cloth, replace soiled table linens, silverware and glassware.
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Serve water.
• Familiarize and be knowledgeable of current food and beverage offerings.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Restaurant and surrounding areas.
