• Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate order delivery.
• Assist as needed with In-Room Dining orders (preparation, room delivery, tray pickup, etc)
• Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
• Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables between courses and after guests depart.
• Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean utensils, napkins, and glassware before seating guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as utensils, condiments, and napkins.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
