Job summary

Gordon Ramsay North America in Boston is hiring a Server Assistant for Ramsay’s Kitchen, a refined restaurant inspired by Chef Gordon Ramsay. You will help deliver the high standard of hospitality, clear and reset tables, and ensure the dining room looks perfect while working closely with servers and the kitchen team.

Keep the dining area neat, assist with running food and drinks, and help respond to guest needs to maintain smooth service. Prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Our Server Assistants help deliver the Gordon Ramsay standard of hospitality by supporting the servers and creating a smooth dining experience for every guest. They clear and reset tables, make sure the dining room looks perfect, and work closely with servers and the kitchen team to ensure plates are served quickly and with care.
