Job summary

Spring Gardens Assisted Living North Ogden is seeking dedicated servers to join our community dining team. You will take orders, serve residents with a smile, and help create a welcoming dining experience.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and compassionate service to seniors. Prior food service is helpful but not required, and a food handler's permit can be obtained if needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in food service is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately.
• Serve food and beverages with a smile to residents.
• Maintain a clean dining and service area.
• Assist with bussing tables and washing dishes when applicable.
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Follow all Spring Gardens Senior Living policies and procedures.

Spring Gardens Assisted Living North Ogden , a beautiful senior living community , is seeking dedicated & motivated team members to join our team as Servers.

Under general supervision of the Dining Supervisor, the servers performs a variety of duties involving preparation and service of balanced meals to the residents of Spring Gardens. The Servers will possess a genuine interest in and concern for the food service industry and for geriatric, chronically ill and/or disabled persons. Must be able to communicate well and take direction to ensure top notch service to our residents.

As a Server in our community dining, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with YOU!

Job Tasks

• Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
• Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
• Help with bussing tables and washing dishes at the end of food service (where applicable).
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Spring Gardens Senior Living.
