322 BBQ and Hill Donut Co. & Pancake House in Wilmington, DE, and Mullica Hill, NJ is hiring Servers to deliver friendly, fast, and detail-oriented service in a high-volume environment.

You will greet guests, guide them through menus, take orders, coordinate with kitchen, promote catering, and ensure guest satisfaction. We offer competitive hourly pay + tips, meal discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service or fast-paced casual restaurant.
• Able to handle a high-volume environment.
• Pride in appearance, pace and professionalism.
• Love food and hustle to match.
• Flexible schedule including mornings and weekends.
• Bartending experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Guide guests through our menus (donuts, burgers, BBQ, and breakfast).
• Take orders accurately and deliver with care.
• Work closely with kitchen and counter staff to ensure smooth service.
• Keep your section clean and guest-ready.
• Promote catering options and gift cards when appropriate.
