• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen using point-of-sale system, noting any special dietary needs or requests.
• Keep kitchen staff informed by keeping track of customers meal progression.
• Serve customers orders by picking up and delivering them from the bar and kitchen, including any required condiments.
• Check on customers and respond to additional customer requests throughout the dining process.
• Maintain a clean table setting by removing courses once completed, replenishing utensils, refilling beverages, or addressing other special needs.
• Present check to customer and handle form of payment.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking customers for their business and invite them to return.
