Job summary

Chateau Retirement in Washington is seeking a courteous Server to join our dining services. You will serve meals, bus tables, and keep dining areas clean according to property guidelines, helping create a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with food trays, participating in cleaning schedules, and communicating with residents in a warm, friendly manner. Prior food service experience is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential to support our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Calm, pleasant, and polite demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and bus, clean, and reset tables according to property guidelines.
• Participate in a daily and weekly cleaning schedule for kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with assembling and delivering food trays as directed.
• Communicate with residents in a warm and friendly manner.
• Help maintain organization and appearance of kitchen and dining areas, informing supervisors about inventory that needs to be re-ordered.
