Saddlehill is a 70-acre winery and farm-to-table destination in Voorhees, NJ. We are seeking professional Estate Servers to join our Farmhouse Kitchen team; you will be the face of an elite culinary destination, delivering a high-end experience and guiding guests through wine pairings with sophisticated comfort food.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Previous upscale-service experience is preferred.

We are seeking professional Estate Servers to join our Farmhouse Kitchen team. Our servers are the face of an elite culinary destination, delivering a high-end experience.

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team! The Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

The Responsibility: Curating the Experience

As an Estate Server, you are the guide for our guests' culinary journey.

• Master the Pairings: While a deep viticulture background isn't required, experience with wine is highly helpful. You will guide guests through our estate wine list, pairing our award-winning vintages with our sophisticated comfort food.
• Articulate the Heritage: Share the story of our self-sustainable farm—from our 27-acre vineyard and 600-tree orchard to our resident horses and alpacas
• Execute Precision: Maintain the \"Knife & Fork\" standards of our Farmhouse Kitchen—ensuring service is technically precise, polished, and always welcoming.

Bill Green, entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and author, purchased the historic Stafford Farm in Voorhees, NJ, in March of 2021. After 15 years of being an eyesore and a blight property, Green has transformed the 69.8 state agriculturally preserved farm into a 27-acre vineyard with a 15,000-case capacity, state-of-the art winery, and a 7,000-sq ft tasting room and farm-to-table wine-pairing bistro.

The tasting room’s farm-to-table wine-pairing bistro is open for lunch and dinner, serving delicious menu items made primarily with farm-produced ingredients . In addition to selling its estate-crafted wines in the retail shop, as well as through its wine club, there will be offerings of foods from ingredients grown on the farm, in the fruit orchard, and on the vegetable fields, such as jams, sauces, spreads, and honey.

Following the agritourism business model, Saddlehill offers vineyard, winery, and farm tours, on-site entertainment, educational events, as well offering the venue for special occasion events to support its wine and farm grown product sales.
