Job summary

The Culpeper Senior Living Community-LifeSpire in Culpeper, VA is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining services team. You will prep dining areas, deliver meals, plate according to guidelines, and greet residents while taking orders.

Varied shifts including weekends and holidays are required. Prior food service is welcome but not required; we offer a supportive environment and opportunities to grow within the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepping dining areas prior to meal service.
• Delivering meals to resident homes within the community.
• Plating and presenting food according to service guidelines.
