Job summary

Flagship Restaurant Group is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our dining rooms. You will engage guests with personalized service, share knowledge of our food and beverage offerings, and help create memorable experiences in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include using our POS to take orders and process payments, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, and addressing guest feedback constructively.
