Job summary

Cheeky, the newest concept from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is seeking an experienced server for a fast-paced upscale environment. You will greet guests, guide them through the menu, and ensure superb hospitality in a fine dining setting.

We value energetic, guest-focused professionals with 1+ year in high-volume dining, strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits and cocktails, and a polished demeanor. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced in high volume upscale dining
• Knowledgeable and confident discussing food wine spirits and cocktails
• Detail oriented proactive and works with a sense of urgency
• Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes beverages and specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely attentive manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
• Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
