Cheeky Charleston SC is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our high-energy seafood kitchen. You will prep ingredients, assist line cooks, and maintain a clean, efficient prep station in a fast-paced environment.

Open for both lunch and dinner, we offer full-time and part-time positions with competitive hourly pay and benefits. Join a team that values energy, teamwork, and hospitality in a vibrant Charleston setting.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a high volume kitchen.
• Reliable, focused, and eager to learn.
• Organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and basic components according to recipes and prep lists.
• Wash, chop, portion, label and store food items following safety standards.
• Assist line cooks and chefs in preparing for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and kitchen environment.
• Support daily cleaning and closing procedures.
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety procedures consistently.

Cheeky will be open for both lunch and dinner We will have daytime nighttime full time and part time positions available for all roles
