Who we’re looking for…

We are looking for someone with a passion for BBQ and especially Clark Crew BBQ! As a server, you will be our first impression to the guest. The service and excitement you provide will have them returning time and time again for the great service and FANTASTIC BBQ! We’ll provide you the training and you provide the fantastic service and experience to our guests. Now what will be expected of you! Of course, we expect you to be on time, looking like a Clark Crew team member and complete side duties that include but may not be limited to bussing tables, cleaning workstations, expediting orders and running food.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous server or restaurant experience preferred

Skills/Competencies/Certifications:

• Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
• Commitment to quality service combined with a high level of food and beverage knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple priorities, working under stress and exercising good judgment
• Demonstrates the ability and has an eagerness to take care of every guest, every time!
