Splendido is seeking a Server to deliver professional dining experiences in our luxury senior living environment. You will work across multiple restaurant venues, sharing insights on menus and our scratch kitchen approach while guiding guests through our elevated program.

Ideal candidates have a passion for food, hospitality, and high-end service in a fast-paced, team-focused setting. Part-time positions with flexible schedules are available, including weekends and holidays.

Join Splendido's Food & Beverage team as a Server and bring exceptional dining experiences to life in a luxury senior living environment. In this role, you will deliver professional, timely food and beverage service across multiple restaurant venues, each offering distinctive service styles and experiences. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required:

• Excellent interaction and communication skills.
• Demonstrates completion of assigned duties through effective teamwork.
• Strong hospitality service skills and a passion for interacting with people.

Preferred:

• 1 year or more of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant.
• Prior service experience in dining environment.
• Level 4 LobsterInk Certification.
• 2 or more years of server experience in an upscale restaurant.
• Event server knowledge and experience.
• Foundational level of wine knowledge.
