Beef ‘O’ Brady’s in The Villages, FL is hiring a Server to create amazing guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced setting. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth and development. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve menu items, while maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork.

Ideal candidates enjoy people, are upbeat, and strive to turn guests into loyal fans. Training is provided, and meal perks are part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older, based on state/local requirements.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items.
• Able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef’s.
• Follow steps of service for taking and serving orders.
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
• Present guest check and take payment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep station and service areas clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
