Job summary

True Food Kitchen is hiring servers in Tampa to create welcoming spaces where guests feel at home while enjoying nutrient-dense, thoughtfully crafted dishes. You will take orders, deliver meals and beverages, and keep the dining area running smoothly during shifts that cover lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

We value vibrant, authentic individuals who love guest experiences and teamwork. Training is provided; flexible schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Training provided to new team members.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks with care and speed.
• Keep the service flow smooth; refill drinks and clear tables.
• Assist where needed to support team and guest experience.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds may be required.

Compensation: Starting at state tipped minimum wage/hour + Tips*
