Brookdale Senior Living in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Server (Finance) to interact with residents and guests, take and deliver food orders, and ensure meals meet Brookdale standards in a supportive dining environment.

This role offers no late nights on certain shifts and growth into roles such as cooks or dining services supervisors, with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and retirement plans. Wage is hourly and based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders in a timely manner following company standards, and ensure everyone is happy with their meal.
• Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash and restock inventory as needed.
• Perform side work duties as assigned

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
