• Maintain a clean and organized section, including table resets and side work.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized section, including table resets and side work
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol per Wisconsin state law
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
