Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a friendly server for our Landon Ridge Sugar Land community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will assist with setup, meal service, and cleanup to ensure residents have a remarkable dining experience.

Strong communication and multi-tasking are essential for delivering timely meals and maintaining a welcoming dining area. The role supports a resident-first culture with opportunities for growth and a collaborative team.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup during mealtimes.
• Collect dishes and utensils from tables during meals.
• Take orders and ensure residents receive food and drink promptly.
• Maintain dining room to be service-ready.
• Deep clean kitchen on a monthly basis.
• Deliver meals to resident apartments as needed.
