Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Landon Ridge Sugar Land Independent Living community is seeking a friendly Server to support our culinary team. You will assist with setup, meal prep, serving, and cleanup to ensure residents have a great dining experience.

The ideal candidate communicates well, stays organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are 1st and 2nd, full-time, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and an employee

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with residents, families, and teammates.
• Caring, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Prior server or dining room experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and help with meal prep.
• Serve residents and collect dishes during meals.
• Deliver meals and maintain a clean, inviting dining room.
• Assist with monthly deep cleaning of the kitchen.
• Provide timely service to ensure residents receive food and drinks.
