Milestone in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents. You will ensure high-quality service during meals, maintain a clean and safe dining environment, and interact with residents and families.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service preferred.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass health screenings, TB clearance, and background checks.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for the elderly and desire to serve.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant, professional, and personable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure residents’ dining preferences and dietary needs are met.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
• Follow safe work practices and support team compliance with Safety Committee standards.
• Assist coworkers beyond assigned duties to ensure smooth service and a positive team environment.
• Report any elder maltreatment or abuse in accordance with policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
